Bio-degradable Weed Wacker Twine?

I am wondering if there is such thing as twine for weed wackers that, instead of being plastic and just laying in the yard, is made of something else and disinigrates eventually, blending in with the soil.

Has anyone ever heard of something like this? I would be interested in hearing about it!

I can't find seem to find anything about biodegradable trimmer string doing searches on the internet. Have you considered using a metal blade attachment?
