This came tonight in an Arkansas Tourism email.
I thought I would post the link here due to the fact that there are several members in NW Arkansas and SW Missouri (maybe even a few in E. OK) that might be interested in checking this out??

Tasty of Hasty for one, has often mentioned reusing and recycling items around the farm :) , that she has found at yardsales. I'm another one well known for doing that, although I'm not available to attend the yardsale in Arkansas this weekend, lol (Maybe next year though. We'd like to visit in the summer...been in winter twice already)..

Hi Bluelaced ... yup ... I'm a garage sale ADDICT. BUT we are getting VERY SELECTIVE! Mainly 'cause our house has very little Space Left. I'm afraid with 160 miles of garage sales something would blow out ... if not our tires, then our tempers ... or our minds!!

BTW this week we bought an ancient super-heavy square safe with fancy combo lock ... $25. (darn, it was empty!) That was our "deal" this week. :) If it ain't one thing, it's another... LOVE those garage sales~~~

I was looking up something in Mena, AR and it reminded me about the yardsale....Just so you have lots of time to plan ahead, LOL.

Nutter, I can't begin to imagine Hwy 2 door to door yardsale and then have it clogged (as it quite often is these days) by bumper to bumper traffic detouring around the freeway closed by accidents.. What a nightmare that would be! Might be a nice idea past Canada Mike's house tho, LOL
