Well, I mentioned this here about a month ago.
I was getting something called bloodhound.exe virus Every Visit.

Someone told me it was due to I posted, and someone(perhaps) outside of the website was targeting anyone posting there?

I quit posting/going there. I said "one last chance".. I went Sunday..nothing happened...and many people posting replies there.
I went today? Instant attack. I could not even download the whole site.

Now.. I don't know who's doing this, But I posted some pro-Barr stuff, when "purists" attacked him(I said something like they want change.. but never are willing for minimal compromise to try to reach their goals).....and after that, I had virus hit after virus hit..since that day forward...could be someone from outside did not like my comments... I dunno.

Is it possible for someone to find service provider number, and target it/them, only...either from outside, or from inside , a website?

Anyhow... the only 2 I have had no issues with are ballot-access.org, or independentpoliticalreport.com/
Well, make that Three(3) sites...including this one. This has been the best.

So... if you go to thirdpartywatch.com... and want to post something the main owners of the site may disagree with... just a warning..Not sure who is doing this(Still)..I avoid the place.

Just a thought but have you tried going to this site after clearing cookies as an unregistered guest?
If you can surf it it could be the host server has a trojan on it set to target specified visitors when they visit the site. And it could have been done by the Hosts themselves or a remote attacker who found a back door. Mabey try going on unregistered and get the contact info, send the host an email as well as to whoever hosts their server. I'd say a better judgment could be made from that point on based on the response you get.

I went there, not signed in.
Got the virus. I won't bother emailing them about it.
I just won't bother going there anymore. I visited for over a year..no problems. Posted a few pro-Barr(sticking up for him )comments...next day(and next month)....virus attack after virus attack.

And like I said.. this site is (basically, or was?) an LP site!

Makes no sense.

Isn't there an overseeing agency to which this can be reported? Since it might the hosts of the Web site, I would want to go over their heads.

I posted a non left wing post like 3 sentences on the Los Angeles Times in response to an Obama/Palin article and they never let it post. Funny it was a good comment and not controversial just raising points they didn't want I guess!
