My grandfather died a few years ago. since then his 90 acre farm (20 acres of which is a woodlot) has been used by my "uncle" (exactly how he is related is a bit complicated.) they both raised cows on the property. recently i've thought about changing it into a subsistence organic farm. could anyone please post a link so that i might learn about organic farming. i've found several sources on the benefits, but not many on how it's actually done. any info/links you could give would be most appreciated.
