I am thinking about ordering some diatomaceous earth to use in the garden as insect control. Anybody else here using it? Is it good stuff? I really dont know much about it.

It works.
It's expensive.

Well, there's one annual SCA event out my way that takes place in an earwig infested campground, and I'm talking thousands of Sci-fi movie type hordes of earwigs, you have to get up in the middle of the night to shake out your bedding, and you can't put away anything without getting 20 or more of the beasties out, first.
Diatomatious (sp.!) earth was the answer.
