Eating Yucca

Anyone know what to do with yucca flowers or fruits? I read somewhere that you can batter and fry theml anyone know if they're any good like that? And has anyone here ever tried the fruit of the banana yucca, Y. baccata?

Yucca is miss spelled that should be yuck-a. lol might be a way of making it edible but I didnt figure it out.
The root is what is suppose to be good but naa not my thing .
