Steve,
I'm not real big on greens, my idea of greens in a salad would be green olives or pickles. Main ingredients are mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion. Usually a little cheese, either Provolone or Mozzerella, or a good blue cheese like Gargonzolla or Roquefort and some salami or chicken or such. Of course bacon or Baco's. Maybe a little cucumber or shredded carrot and some red peppers. occasionally some celery. Once in a while a few crouton's.
