What is the best tomatoe to use for canning? Not happy with what I've been using. They just fall apart during the canning process. Would appreciate any feed back. Thanks

Rutgers were bred for canning. This is my favorite choice.

Amish paste are bigger than most paste tomatoes, almost the size of your fist, few seeds, little juice, all meat!
