I was a cooking and baking fool yesterday so we can just eat today
without preparing anything :)
I made my first ever homemade strawberry topping with Amish strawberries
and a little local light maple syrup to sweeten for the top of the cheesecake.

Yeah, you would like the song.
It came out in the early 1980's or so.
It's about a hippie who is now middle aged and isn't dealing well with all the changes in society.
Really clever and truthful song.
