We make all sorts of fermented fruits, bottle it up, then drink it! Grains too.

heh heh yup as soon as it cools off to an average of about 65 degrees ill ferment 10 gal barlly , hops & sugar. :D

Sorgum is great stuff. You can feed the tops to the chickens & then waste not want not ferment the cane into BASI ( sugar cane wine ):D
