Well, Dionysus was a male god, I believe. It's hard not to notice "that one guy" under your "name" too.
Since you posted under the trading Bazaar, are you for trade??

FourDeuce, what part of the Arkansas Ozarks do you live? I'm up there quite a bit, floating the Buffalo and camping. Beeeeuuuuteeeful country!

Cliff ... you nuts. (And, I've posted that comment before ... :) )

Well, Dionysus was a male god, I believe. It's hard not to notice "that one guy" under your "name" too.Um, it's easier to miss than you think ... :D

Since you posted under the trading Bazaar, are you for trade??I don't want to know the answer to this question.

I was going to guess "guy," however, I think he mentioned that in a post early on ... young, too, early teens or something like that.

I live just north of Harrison, 12 miles south of the Missouri state line. Yes it is pretty here. :D

Dionysus/Bacchus is a male God. The grape vine is sacred to him. The other attributes he is known for, you will have to look up. I wouldn't discuss them with someone else's child.

I always thought you were one of those things in Wal-Mart that looks like a big lightbulb with perpetual "soft" lightening bolts bouncing around inside. That's what your photo looks like. I've wondered how much gardening a lightening bulb can do, with no hands to hold a hoe. Hey, stranger things have happened, though.

I think you are a person who posted a topic out of its appropriate zone and about which I could care less and with the intent probably only to draw attention to yourself. As to gender ... who really cares ... this particular forum is about trading gardening supplies not sex info.

yeah, sorry i posted here. before i realized where i posted, it was too late. i wanted to delete it, but i guess that you can't od that here. and yes dionysus is a guy and the grape vine is sacred to him, he is the lord of satyrs and centaurs, he turns drunken sailors into dolphins and he is not a god to make mad. he has quite the temper. his jurisdiction is not limited to just grapes, but all vines and trailing and cascading plants, especially strawberrys and grapes.

and sorry, i was just curious. i'll be more careful where i post MR. G.G. Gumbo:mad:

baout my avatar, i just like weird looking things. i was thinking about changing it though

I'm not complaining about the avatar. I also think it's kind of neat, but I was curious whether it was one of those sparky things or not. I think those things are a lot more mezmerizing than the old lava lamps. As far as posting in the wrong place..... it's easy enough for someone to not click on it if they don't want to read it.

I think G-cubed might have just been having an off day. But that's just a guess.

Don't worry, G3 will be fine after he has his medice ... which is a tomato ... Olpaka maybe ... but they won't ripen for a while, yet.

j/k, G3 :D

So, dude, guy or not-guy?

Maybe you thought "bazaar" (in the forum title) was really "bizarre" and that's where the question belonged. :D

dionysus, your misspelling of words drives me crazy. Just had to say it. No offense. :)

I got past worrying about misspellings MANY LONG YEARS ago. And I think I'm the BETTER fer it, too (like Hermione on Harry Potter who had to get past raising her hand in class & going, "I know! I know!"). Dionysus, your avatar looks like a male nipple, to me. GGG had a point ...

that's okay, i was in sort of a rush. i am laughing at it right now. i look at some of the words i misspelled and i think it is funny, i am usually a great speller.

Tasty, you better not go talking to my students in Comp I. It's all I can do to get them to spell "essay" right!! :)

moonlilyhead, my momma was an English teacher. I was insufferable in my youth, correcting people both right and left ... (that's why the reference to Ms. Hermione Granger:D ). I just try not to be insufferable any more.

I graduated from high school in Georgia, which has always had some of the worst ratings for student literacy, and all other educational accomplishments. It took me some time to realize just how little I learned in school. I don't know how many letters I've written with things like "sweat" instead of "sweet"... Oh.. my sweatheart... lovely, isn't it? Good teachers are a rare treasure and I do wish that I had been blessed with a few more of them.
