Wanted Hardy Kiwi Seeds

Does anyone have any hardy kiwi seeds that they would be willing to share? If I don't have anything you want available for trade, I would be happy to send postage. The plants are so expensive. I want to give it a try growing them from seed.

Don't have any except the ones saved from a couple kiwi, but just wanted to share that I've heard/read that the Issai hardy kiwi is supposed to be self fertile with both male and female blossoms. Now all we have to do maybe is find that particular kiwi in the stores. (Disclaimer: haven't found out yet if it is patented or not.) It's supposed to be fuzzless and smaller than most kiwi.

Thanks for the information. I finally broke down and bought some seeds on ebay. Much cheaper than paying for the plants from Gurneys at any rate. I haven't seen any hardy kiwi in the grocery stores around here. I read somewhere though that the fuzzless variety doesn't store well so that is probably the reason.
