Open Apology

Just wanted to apologize to all my friends here, I have been absent, and not only from here, my own forum as well, and life, in general, a week ago Sunday, The odd feelings I had been having, finally showed the ugly signs of some sorta creeping crud! It took out two others at work, they went to the emergency room, now, maybe it's good clean living, good organic foods, etc. but I made it without a belly full of pills, or missing any work. the others, live a habit ridden lifestyle, and eat 99 cent heart attacks in a sack as their main diet!
But, Today, I am feeling quite Spunky! and will return here, and everywhere...In full stride!
I miss being here, It is a wonderful place!
