Is there any way to keep earthworms from crawling onto my concrete patio and sidewalks? They die when the sun comes out and look awful. Thanks

You might try putting up a physical barrier several inches high that they would be less likely to crawl over, such as the edging that garden centers sell. But it can't have any gaps near the ground that they will crawl through.
The best way really is to remove them from the concrete before they die from the sun. If you don't want to pick them up, swish them off the concrete with water from a hose or pail.
Earthworms are good for the lawn and garden so getting the strays back where they belong is good for you as well as for them.

I have so many worms, always hosing or picking them off the sidewalk, that is, if I beat the birds to em'. I wonder why your birds don't swoop down on them?

Thanks for the suggestions. I am not physically able or mentally inclined to pick the worms up, so I will check into edging and keep the hose handy. I don't think I've ever seen birds feeding on them - I will pay closer attention this year. Have a good day.

Watching the chickens and giuneas gorge on them after a rain here is a sight to behold....
Robins love worms, too.
