I am looking to do a trade if possible. I am in need of :

Golden Midget
Prescott's Fond Blanc
Petit Gris de Rennes

If anyone has these I'll be happy to email my list of seed and maybe you will see something you would like in return :)

I have a rather small garden and these would fit right in...I can not grow the huge melons but I can grow these smaller ones...I do what I can to preserve the seeds of all I grow and the heritage behind them...with 2 great kids that love to help in the garden, they even listen to all the stories behind the seed I aquire lol :D

Peace,

Jacki, I have some Charentais Melon seeds from Baker's Creek. I've never grown them so I don't know how sprawling they are but the packet says to plant them 12" apart in rows 6' apart. The melons are small 2-3 lb fruits perfect for 2 servings. These might be fun for the children to grow.

Sandy,
Thanks so much but, I have Charentais and you are correct...the kids just love these and the Tigger melons. We just wanted to try these others because the descriptions in the BC catalog was too tempting not to and of course, my 5 yr old thought they looked..."alien like" LOL . I do thank you for the suggestion tho'! =)
