This may sound nuts but here goes;

We have several hummingbirds which come back each year to our front porch. Recently we have Barn swallows attempting to set up residence on our front porch as well.

Will they behave and get along? Or will the swallows chase off our other little buddys?

Cliff, it has been our experience that swallows and Hummers get along fine because they are not in compitition for food or nesting place.

Hummingbirds can hold their own. Feisty, mean, fearless, territorial little beauties.
