Have not ordered direct from the website. By letter and phone Bob has given advice on which herbs for the specific stuff I was dealing with. Yes, his tinctures have been quite helpful. Have also heard positive feedback from other people about their experiences.
I used the herbs mostly before the website was in effect...which was also before I became a computer owner.
