Little black nats

They are every where. They have gotten into my house and are taking over. How do I get rid of them? Flying bug spray has done no good!

I had lots here the night before last, but the rain has driven them away.
Best way I know to get rid of them is this.

Put about a 1/4 inch of fruit juice or beer or mashed banana in the bottom of a soda bottle. They should fly into the bottle attracted by the smell of the juice/fruit and will not be able to find their way back out.
