Hi Mary. I don't even know where Kempton is! I'll have to look into that one. Thanks for the heads up!

BTW, I live about a half hour east of Hershey PA.

Mary, thanks for the link. Looks interesting to me, but I KNOW I'll never get DW and the kids to go! I couldn't even get them into Rodale's display farm, and we were in the bookshop! (Sigh!)

Oh, well! I hope you can get there, and enjoy it. Let me know how it is.

Yes, I agree, this has been a rough year for many people, as have the last two! Thank you for you concerns, they're greatly appreciated. The worst we had, personally were two puddles in the basement, where the ground water followed the well water piping, and the fact that my newly mulched (with cocoa hulls) garden walkways turned into gooey, slimy slideways. And to think, I was trying to avoid a muddy mess!

Hang in there, you are lucky it wasn't worst. How is your garden?Funny weather this year,in April we had eight inches of rain (I thought it was four but my neighbor said eight)and now its really dry, having to water the garden.Every veg is doing well except the carrots,I only had two come up.Happy fourth!
