glass fly traps????

I wondering what these fly traps are like and where you get them. Are they similiar to the bee/wasp traps? Do either of them really work well?

the glass ones are like a big mayo jar. you get them at feed stores for horses etc. they also have the throw away plastic bags or jugs. I have been thru 150.00 worth each of the past 2 years at my stable. they will catch em. I put them out here in Feb. & all year.
