You may remember that I recently mentioned that my brother, who is in a wheelchair, had landscaped his backyard, mostly by himself. He got married yesterday, and they had a Hawaiian theme wedding. I wish you all could've seen the landscaping--my pics can't show it as beautifully as it looked! The only part he didn't do by himself was planting the 7ft. tall palms, as he couldn't dig deeply enough by himself. My brothers and I are workaholics, when it comes to gardening projects and stuff around the house. He was up at 4 AM yesterday, putting the final touches on everything in the garden. I'd probably do the same thing! Hope you enjoy!

Thank you, everyone! I'll pass the messages onto him and his bride. He'll be flattered to know I posted his garden pics here!
BTW, he got a great deal on the plants at our Home Depot ;). The huge palms, about 7ft tall, were on clearance, marked down to $6.50 (I can't remember the original price, but I think it was around $60-80 each). The pineapple plants (I don't think you can see them in the pics--when I re-sized them in Photobucket, they became blurry; they actually have medium-sized pineapples on them) were on clearance, too; when the cashier found out what he was using them for, she winked, and said, "You know, I think they're also supposed to be another 15% off, on top of the mark-down." I think they were well under $10.00 each.
I also hope they have a long and happy life together, especially each of their first marriages were awful for them. My brother's first wife left him a year after his accident, in which he broke his neck; she had been unfaithful to him during their entire marriage, he later found out. My new sister-in-law's husband was not very nice to her, either. They both deserve happiness!
