Thank you for the comment on the photos I been busy hadn't been on in a while working as much as I can cause it doesn't look like we will be crawfishing this year with the low water levels in the basin and the falling prices while the fuel and bait prices go thought the roof. Just might have to bite the bullet and pull the plug on it

Susie Just post what recipe you want to have i eill be happy to give you my versoin my grandmother on mom's taught me how to cook we both adored paw paw and she taught me how to cook for him i might add on a potbelly wood stove in old iron pots
