You shouldn't leave, it seems like there is a lot of confusion even among the mods about what is and isn't allowed. They don't even seem to know if climate change or illegal farm labor should be included under the banner of Politics of Food.

The thread was closed before I could reply to your question. Keep in mind that the story I was referencing just happened recently. The Martin story was cold for over a week before it was picked up by national news. I'm watching the local news right now and they mentioned that the story has been picked up by MSNBC, Fox News and some paper in the UK, I forget which one.

I've missed your devils advocate, common sense style. I'm glad to be back around.
