BTW Brenda, reading on the forums all the bread making posts. Was thinking of getting a bread machine for just the mixing and first rise. Have never used one - what about you - do you use one or just by hand. If so what kind?
I saw your post about wanting wild grape jelly ... if you want a start from my muscadine (wild grape), I will have a start later this fall ... would be happy to send it for postage.
Last year was the first year it fruited, they were small and hard, but this year the flowering is much better and I should get some decent fruit on it <fingers crossed>
