Thirteen pounds of gooseberries picked today were processed into seven litres of juice and pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.The juice is sweet with a slight tart flavour.Annotated pictures depict the process. |

I'm sure it's tasty, but the presentation needs help.
Maybe a little umbrella? Coupla gooseberries on a toothpick? Sprig of mint?

Can't withstand the hangovers, since I tend to imbibe for the effect not the taste. But they would be a nice different addition to a cocktail. Conversation piece anyway.
