Black Garlic???
So I was watching Top Chef last night and one of the secret ingredients was 'black garlic' which I had never heard of before. Aparently it is a fermented product.
http://www.ehow.com/how_5902625_make-black-garlic.html Just curious, has anyone tried black garlic before? I was thinking it might be a great value added product for you garlic farmers out there. Although requires sustained 140F temps for about a month so that might be impractical. What do you think?

The thought is making me shudder~! Bad enough I'm allergic to garlic, but black garlic?
