Saute with a little olive oil, butter, garlic & onion. Yum!

Lightly steam it and then plop a great eggs Benedict on it! Doesn't have a name yet but one of my favorite breakfasts!
Chop roughly and add to some good rice(just when it is done and then let it "steam" for about 5 minutes on top of the rice then add butter and soy) and then put just a bit of butter and soy sauce on it... Eat and enjoy. layer it on your favorite sandwich instead of lettuce. eat it raw in the garden and pretend not to notice the grit in your teeth! Saute it in a bit of butter with some garlic and then stuff it in an omelet. let me sleep on it and I might come up with some more!

spinach lasagna
spinach quiche spinach frittatta spinach sandwich with fresh mozerella and tomato and basil wilted spinach sauteed in bacon fat spinach spread with garlic and cream cheese spinach in any soup or stew steamed spinach with tiny new white onions steamed or stir fried with bacon fried with jerusalum artichokes or water chestnuts in sushi Why take it out of the garden? take some olive oil, a bit of vinegar and lemon pepper with you when you go to weed. Graze

Spinach and mushroom omlet......throw the spinach in raw, it wilts add cheese if ya want...love it!

We make a spinach dip with cream cheese that is excellent. I also make a spinach alfredo sauce with bow tie pasta (or your favorite pasta) and serve with garlic chicken and salad. YUMMY! When you make your alfredo sauce, throw your fresh chopped spinach in the sauce the last minute and let it wilt. Stir and add pasta.
