I think my beans are infected with blight. I'm not sure other then what I have looked up. If anyone has had this, should I just pull out all my plants? I've lost one plant already. Thanks for any help.

What makes you think it is blight? Before you go pulling them all out, can you post a picture? It is most likely something else, and "fixable".....

There's something wrong with my 'lazy wife' pole beans also.
The bottom leaves are turning shades of mottled yellow, and the top ones are curling....I do have blossoms. Last year, this same bean was a hedge at this point.... I'll try to take photos tomorrow. Should I try to Serenade them? |

Beans get a rusty thing similar to Hollyhocks IMO. I use a fungicide in conjunction with occasional sprays of fish emulsion. I always spray fish emulsion when something is unhealthy and needs pesticide or fungicide- well not always but often.
![]() It isn't too serious and clears up pretty well. My pole beans looked like this a couple weeks ago ![]() I sprayed copper or sulfur and one application and they were better.

That is exactly what mine look like. I thought it was blight from all the info I have been reading.....today I just washed them down with a dab of dish liquid, baking soda and oil with water.....trying to stay away from chemicals...where do you buy copper? Is that a liquid that you spray on? Thank you so much for the help, I have small beans on the vine and would hate to loose them.

Should I try to Serenade them? LAC__________I Serenade EVERYTHING every 7-10 days.......when it gets to be this time of season, I dont wait till I get into a issue with anything in my garden, and then spray Serenade......I use the Serenade religiously every 7-10 days for the entire growing season.....and I don't get any of those bacterial, fungal, or other diseases....I to like grow my veggies and herbs with smooth sailing thru the growing season.......

LAC________you must be able to buy it locally, it is a very common product now, especially with so many people growing organic....I bet if you check some nurserys around you, or garden centers that have it....or do a "search" by zip code for the product......it is in almost every garden center here, very popular....
