Welcome to our forums!
This online gardening community is different, political, and organic. I decided to start these forums so gardeners would have a free place to discuss heirloom gardening, gene-altered food, seed saving, natural politics and products. We are dedicated to saving our food and horticultural heritage, and hope you enjoy this forum for the free-thinking gardener!
Wishing you great gardening,
Jere Gettle
Hey there, stranger!! How did your garden grow this year? Mine was not too good. Rabbits and disease about did mine in.No beans whatsoever. Shorter tomato season due to disease. Rabbit ate my sweet potatoes and bugs and poor pollination did my squashes in. What a year.
Worms should not look too healthy right now. Keep putting in compost type of kitchen scraps and the worms will come up and get them and go back down to safer areas. I bought my worms and holder on line. I don't remember where now., I didn't take care of them this fall and they've died. I plan on buying more, just not right now.
We need together some time. Look forward to hearing from you, Michelle
Gerry,
Thanks for the input!
I've wrestled with that one.
That being said, you will see after you read everything that we thought pretty well through this proces.
So long as HEIRLOOM is recognized as the reason, I think the goal is met, but that's just me.
Thank you. I'm in mourning. I guess you could say. I am also thankful I don't have acres or I might have drank myself to death! I feel for those poor corn farmers. They were already a month late.
